the guy is being economic on everything.

-not wasting water
-re-using coffee filter
-not wasting electricity (speedy fridge grab)
-Sorts his garbage in separate bins
-Not wasting paper (writes on hand)

then on the black screen it says:
"Pleasing yourself
Without feeling guilty about it"
