It just doesn't look like an "overturn". Maybe a "landed on it's side" I guess with a little momentum thrown in to buckle the roof on 1 side. Or maybe that happened when the firefighters pushed it back over? Whatever the case hopefully she'll be alright and salvage a happy new year.

it doesn't have to be a complete 180 degree flip to be considered over-turned. if it's no longer on all 4 wheels it's over-turned.
