lol... i don't expect anyone to understand... I PREFER OEM parts...

but maybe that was just my mindset on the Civic Si i used to own b/c on that car, certain small things didn't come on the non-navi equipped model that came on the navi-equipped model... ie: steering mounted controls, little nub thingy on the roof, XM Satellite radio (non-navi was XM "Ready" but didn't come with the extra antenna for XM radio to work, you had to buy/install that separate)... and that layout for the non-navi radio was just horrendous IMO... here is a quick comparison between the non-navi civic and navi civic (the picture is of the Acura CSX from Canada, which is the Civic Si of Acura's)... pay close attention to the steering wheel mounted buttons and the shape of the trim on the bottom left...

these things are not so much an issue with the CR-Z b/c all of the the CR-Z's come with that little shark fin/nub thingy on the roof, steering wheel mounted controls for bluetooth/info (the navi model adds 2 tiny buttons on the left but not a big deal b/c that's just for voice command and a "back" button), not sure about the satellite radio part just yet, and the overall look of the non-navi radio doesn't look too bad really... and as you can see from this picture the steering has mounted buttons even on the non-navi CR-Z...

with all of that said, i wouldn't mind buying the non-navi model and just install a nice aftermarket navigation just so i can find my way around easier... but i think i'd just stick to the navi on my phone for that lol... thanks for making me do some comparisons and give this some thought... now i don't think i need to spend the extra $1800 on the OEM navi haha...

took a few REAL-life pictures of the cars at the dealership... sorry no Red or Black pics... pictures REALLY don't do the white any justice... it's an amazing looking color in person... hopefully someone can get some high-quality pictures of it in the sunlight...

Or just go onto ebay and find the same navi system. Not only that but I'm sure any canadian dealer can order it as well as the mounting bezel to go along with it. I imagine Honda in all there wisdom had a good reason for it...

I picked silver because its my favorite of the stock color setups. The red is just way too...red...red everywhere... if it had some black sideskirt accents and such it would POP, same with the white. Its too white with the stock rims but with black rims and minor black accents would be very sharp (as some have done) but if I have to pick a stock setup it would be silver so I voted for it.

I wish my favorite color wasn't white because it seems like the majority of CR-Z's are white! (Which I was unaware of until AFTER I bought mine) My goal is to be DIFFERENT lol I guess the Mugen kit helps a little, but still.

I wish I'd have went with black because I have yet to see a black one except for one on a tow truck on the highway. But then again, I live in Florida and summers here are brutal

Most scratches I've noticed are my wife's FINGERNAILS, not rings...try SCRATCHOUT.
