Yeah, the back seats are a joke. That's why I only call them emergency seats. They are nice to have but I've used them only 3 or 4 times in the year I've had the car. What makes the CR-Z the better car for me is that it is such an amazing platform for mods. Just look at the amount of aftermarket stuff available! It's a great car to start with and then you can make it whatever you want it to be. That's just one more reason to go for a Honda.
Also on a side note. Honda again won the top reliability scores (in Norway)for this year with only 9% of cars needing repairs within the first year. I may also add that this is the 7th year in a row they have topped that list. Complete list of cars needing service within the first year: 1. Honda, 9 % 2. Toyota, 15 % 3. Lexus, 15 % 3. Mitsubishi, 15 % 3. Suzuki, 15 % 6. Mazda, 16 % 7. Subaru, 17 % 8. Hyundai, 20 % 9. Kia, 21 % 10. Nissan, 22 % 11. Daewoo (Chevrolet), 25 % 11. Skoda, 25 % 11. Smart, 25 % 14. Ford, 26 % 15. Citroën, 27 % 16. Porsche, 28 % 17. Fiat, 29 % 17. Mini, 29 % 19. Peugeot, 30 % 20. Volkswagen, 31 % 21. BMW, 32 % 21. Rover*, 32 % 23. Volvo, 32 % 24. Audi, 33 % 24. Jaguar, 33 % 24. Seat*, 33 % 27. Mercedes-Benz, 34 % 27. Vauxhall (Opel), 34 % 29. MG*, 37 % 30. Chrysler, 38 % 30. Jeep, 38 % 32. Saab, 43 % 33. Renault, 45 % 34. Alfa Romeo, 46 % 35. Land Rover, 55 % |

Wait, are the things in the back supposed to be seats?? I thought they were just storage covers and/or hatch separators! My insurance company doesn't call it a four-seater... I wish, the rates would have come down a bit maybe.
Not that I took it very seriously, but they spent most of the review trying to jam themselves into a space that was meant for a few CD's and a toolkit. One of the worst "comparos" I've seen, sans the fact that the CRZ was the winner I'm biased now...Thanks for pointing it out though, it was fun to watch and pick at. And surely it was enough to steer people in that country in the right direction! D |

After I bought my CR-Z and then saw the Veloster was coming out I kinda thought I might have made the wrong disicion, but after actually seeing one, that thing is ugly. |
