Haha I'm a huge car audio addict. Couldn't imagine my car without some sort of destruction!! I don't play it that violently on a regular basis however. I respect my CR-Z very much so in that regard

Bass like this doesn't run cheap, thankfully I get good deals from being buddies with a local audio shop with some experienced and skilled people The head unit runs about 700, the subwoofer another 700 or so, the amp another 800, the battery 300 or so, plus wiring, install, component speakers (which are loud and crystal clear) running about 600 for all of them, and building the box. I got a pretty good deal on all of this of course, and most of it came from the car I had before this one so it wasn't too bad.

And if you think this is too much bass, I had this same model subwoofer in an 18" model in my last car. It wouldn't fit in here though lol

Yeah, I would looking at a system for myself and wanted to place 2 12" CVR Kickers in the rear, but wouldn't really fit without a custom box. So, I diverted my attention to either get a single or 2 10" then... Still need to get all it set up. Once I get the dough, I might just bring it to an audio shop and have it all custom built then get a slotted prebuilt box.

You'll be a lot happier getting a custom box, but it will cost more. This setup required a bit of modification and some serious thought was put into how it should be done. I wanted trunk space so we built the box in the center and took out the back section of the fold down storage area. Then we set the box on top of the bottom piece of the storage area. We did have to cut up the floorboard of the trunk a little but that's the only part of the car we destroyed

Ok, I thought it was crazy with just my 1 10in sub hitting like 140db at the front glass.... Your system is crazy loud! However mine does not rattle anything, which I like. Very nice man... but I almost would take your wing off before it shatters.

Thanks a lot! Man I hope my spoiler doesn't shatter, although that'd be quite a story, wouldn't it? lol

Jeebus. Enjoy not hearing much of anything later in life.

However, I did LOL at your spoiler wobbling for some reason.
