Default Leather Type R Seats

Was at the dealer today and saw these in a Crystal Black CR-Z EX with Navi...

With matching door panels:

Gave it a nice touch...

Like the seats but really not keen on the door panel. really really not keen on the door panel. strange, as it usually matches the seat material, unless that's just the camera accenting something that doesn't normally show up.

The seat pics aren't the greatest. but in the center and the seated area, it matches the door panels. couldn't get a decent pic due to lighting.

oh i c. I sometimes like the perforated leather in the seat core, but not sure why they chose to use it on the door panel. Should've used non-perforated on the door panel and it would look a lot better. Door disassembles fairly easy so that particular panel is pretty easy to cover with whatever one wants. Always wondered what all black would look like.

Wonder how hard this would be to stretch leather over. Door panel that is.

Like the seat, but the door panels are hideous IMO. Even Mrs. GM3 didn't like them.

... stock seats covered by the dealer (probably by an outside vendor) with fake type-r logos (the r is way too high), eh... not my gig that's for sure.

I'd like those seats if they didn't have any lettering on them.
