If I needed a new car and for some reason couldn't get another CRZ then I'd probably pick up the new Focus. Hyundai has never been on my list, I've had too many friends who's had Hyundai's... they always look decent but the build quality, materials and resale value are in the toilet.

There is a Veloster Turbo coming out I think in 2013.
I have been thinking about new cars, but for the moment I am content. I think if I go anywhere its going to be to a NSX or wait for a new model NSX. Nothing else really interests me all that much. The FT-86 or GT whatever its called looks like it could be fun, however no doubt it will be as common as the cold after a year. |

American cars, however, are only getting worse in what has always been poor quality and cheap parts. Theyre #1 goal is to make everything cheaper to manufacture, while makers like Honda's goal is to make the safest, most reliable vehicle on the road. Ford and GM mark up prices on their cars to be a couple grand under the foreign competition when in reality they have a much higher profit margin on a cheaper product, and sell more by adding a bunch of useless unproven technology that dazzles in the showroom but fails in less than a year of ownership.
