I don't mind the heat, but I don't want hot & humid. What areas in Florida have mild winters and decent summers?

As far as I have found in central FL (north-south) it gets pretty hot in summer and decently cold in winter, though humidity is not as bad as it was in Michigan...
I like the heat, but a few days last summer I got in my crz and it told me it was 110+ degrees. Id be sweaty by the time I got home and the a/c couldnt keep up. Still, beats dealing with snow for 4-5 months a year
