. I'll miss my little car but on the brighter note I'm posting this thread because I wanted some input on what I should look into next. I have a few cars in mind, really want to keep it between 20-30k and 4 door. Two cars that really stand out and have been agreed upon between me and my lady is the evo x and the jeep wrangler unlimited. I want awd and has to be 4 door prefearebly turbo if I go with a car instead of a jeep or truck.

Hey JCRZ, went ahead and moved this to the off topic lounge since it will be discussing other rides..
I have always been economical when buying new cars for myself and the wife. Can't brag about all my previous rides as some here can. Though I do trade em every 3 or 4 years. In 08 I bought the wife a 09 Suzuki SX4 AWD. I found that it could pretty much climb a tree. Just upgraded it to a 12 model with all the creature comforts. Great little functional car with outstanding visibility, full time AWD if selected, heated seats, Garmin active navigation etc etc for around 20K. The only thing that will slow you down in snow is the other drivers. For whatever it is worth.. |

Suzuki is making great little cars now, just not a fan of there style. The focus is something that's really growing on me, if only they released the RS. Really looking for something more tuner/mod friendly, Thad why the evo is at the top of my list. The aftermarket support is incredible and I kiss making big power easily lol.

I almost bought an EVO MR, but they could not get the price to me liking. Great tuner car's. I used to have a 2002 Subarua WRX that was heavly modded.
Hate to see ya go but in a few years I am sure I will change up also. |

I've been here for about a year an a half. I love the car but like I said life is forcing me to go 4 door. Moving to a new place with the lady, not enough space for 4 cars so we are both downsizing a bit and she has two kids so I too need to have a car that I can transport the kids in, I'm ok with it. I had alot of plans for this car but something's are just more important, doesn't mean I'll stop modding lol just need some back seats for the kiddie seats lol.

4 doors, turbo, AWD... sounds like a Subie or Mitsu is in your future. STi or EVO would be the only ones to get. Avoid the WRX or Ralliart thing... youll regret not getting the 'big boy', I sure did. If you dont mind used a MAZDASPEED6 is cool too.
Im a Jeep guy myself, but avoid the Wrangler as a daily driver. 14 MPG is no fun. |
