I just joined as I just bought a CR-Z last week, whoo hoo! And I noticed Bizzybear's thread about Insanity. Good Job Bizzybear!
I recently just started Turbo Fire, which takes some of the ideas of Insanity, but definitely tones it down compared to Insanity, but definitely keeps the same concept of the HIIT workouts, but just not to the extreme like Insanity.
I've gone 3 weeks straight and I'm definitely liking the workout. It's put out there by BeachBody, same as Insanity, P90X and those type of workouts. But it's made by Chalene Johnson.

I am, unlike Bizzybear affiliated with BeachBody, as I am a BeachBodyCoach. I use it to get the discount on one of their products called Shakeology. But I'd just like to see everyone's thoughts, if any on Turbo Fire. As I'm definitely enjoying the workout and it's helped my cardio out a lot!
Some things to note: It definitely does have it's girly appeal here and there, as it has some dance type moves, but there is definitely a lot of kickboxing mixed in which makes for an excellent cardio workout.
