Default CT - DC driving tips
Heading down to DC to visit a buddy at school in Arlington later tonight. Just looking for the best option to get there and back without much traffic.

Leg 1- Friday leaving CT at 7:00 PM
Leg 2- Sunday leaving DC at 1:00 PM

I was thinking of bypassing I-95 and taking the Merritt over to I-287 around NYC. Any other advice or tips?
