Funny thing is I had a pessimistic outlook of the car in the first place. Just by the specs alone I figured it wouldn't be worth my time. Since I couldn't find a used car that i wanted and the right price range I decided to go test drive a CR-Z, needless to say I was impressed. Its not too bad, not as slow as I thought and it handles pretty good stock. Anyways, thats my story and I'll be posting a build thread sometime soon. |

Welcome! Your initial skepticism of the CR-Z is something I shared when I was looking to buy a car. My short list included the CR-Z, the Prius, and the Insight. What did they have in common? They were all very nice hybrids that can be driven off the lot for less than $25,000.
In any event, what won you over? Was it the handling? Was it having 110 horses instead of 98 horses? |
