![]() I have the Premium White Pearl CRZ EX CVT w/o NAvi. It only has 1500 miles on it. I love my car but It doesn't matter how careful and clean I am, exterior gets scratched so easily and it drives me crazy. ![]() Also When I got my car the shinny plastic surrounding the gear shifter (shifter selector) had many scratches and also the driver door master switch panel had 2 big ones as well. I was little sad about it but after a week or two Honda called me for the survey and after I told them the issues they asked me to go to the dealer and they were going to change the parts. How nice !! I did. They checked the issues and ordered the parts. Cuz of the disaster in Japan It took more than a month to get the parts. I was there yesterday to get them replaced. Since they were new parts didn't think of checking them in detail until i get home. Guess what ???!! It seems like they kinda couldn't fit the door master switch panel and used little help of a screw driver or something and you can see the little damage in the side of the plastic. So little but it bothers me a lot. Because I know it's there lol Anyway after all I love my car and we will be moving to LA on sunday together.. awe also my gf and 5months old boxer girl ashk

Hey - Congrats and Welcome to the Forum..
If the workmanship bothers ya too much. Take it back and complain to the dealership side - as opposed to directly to the service department.. Sometimes the dealership cares a bit more about things like this as opposed to a service department.. Sometimes.. |
