Default Hello from Miami ;)

Hi guys. First of all I want to thank you all for sharing priceless informations about this gorgeous car that I bought about 2 month ago. Whenever I googled any question or info regarding to CRZ, answers came up from crzforum.com SO finally I decided to be a member of the family.

I have the Premium White Pearl CRZ EX CVT w/o NAvi. It only has 1500 miles on it. I love my car but It doesn't matter how careful and clean I am, exterior gets scratched so easily and it drives me crazy.

Also When I got my car the shinny plastic surrounding the gear shifter (shifter selector) had many scratches and also the driver door master switch panel had 2 big ones as well. I was little sad about it but after a week or two Honda called me for the survey and after I told them the issues they asked me to go to the dealer and they were going to change the parts. How nice !! I did. They checked the issues and ordered the parts. Cuz of the disaster in Japan It took more than a month to get the parts. I was there yesterday to get them replaced.

Since they were new parts didn't think of checking them in detail until i get home. Guess what ???!! It seems like they kinda couldn't fit the door master switch panel and used little help of a screw driver or something and you can see the little damage in the side of the plastic. So little but it bothers me a lot. Because I know it's there lol

Anyway after all I love my car and we will be moving to LA on sunday together.. awe also my gf and 5months old boxer girl ashk

Hey - Congrats and Welcome to the Forum..

If the workmanship bothers ya too much. Take it back and complain to the dealership side - as opposed to directly to the service department.. Sometimes the dealership cares a bit more about things like this as opposed to a service department.. Sometimes..

Bummer about the scratch, but am happy to hear that you love the car. Are you moving to Louisiana or Los Angeles, if you don't mind me asking?

I am in love with it... my girlfriend thinks that I am little obsessed with it lol WEll I like to take care of my stuff. unlikely her lol whenever she uses the car ( which is a lot lately and I am about to start complaining) she leaves a mess in it.

I am moving to Los Angeles due to job reasons.

If i wasn't going to leave this sunday to LA, I would definitely go to the dealer this weekend and complain about it.. Do you think if I go to a Honda dealer in LA, they would still care about my problem ? I donno
