Seems a common transition on this forum - several others have also owned/own both!

I almost got a white CR-Z like you and like the OP, but found the silver one first. The 370Z does not live at my house right now - belongs to my son in the military and he's just home from one deployment although off to another one this fall (not even a year off). Both are great cars in completely different ways. I'm really enjoying the mpg as well as all the displays as it makes commuting more interesting, but my son feels the CR-Z is "too busy" although last time he was home for a weekend, I notice he drove it almost exclusively and kept throwing out hints about "man, think about how much gas I would save driving this back up to Kansas . . .". He's got the 370Z modified for track although hasn't had time to do more than some local drift events plus an autocross this year. I love driving it but it's a bit harsh for every day.

jptt - enjoy your car! I drive up to Dallas maybe once a month if not more so maybe see you on the road?
