That means that the insurance company would expect me to completely write the car off four times!
I got my CRZ in my second year and the cost isn’t even a fraction of that, the system is rubbish

Wow...Thats almost $20,000 american...I thought mine were bad.
Well...I live in Baltimore, MD, which is always in the top 5 for most expensive cities to insure...being that im 21 and a male, that doesnt help AT ALL...I have gotten quotes from $6,000 all the way up to $11,000 (with no collision or comprehensive coverage!!!!). I got a chance to talk with the Insurance agent my parents have delt with for 20+ years, and I got a quote of $4500 a year with $500 deductable on collision and comprehensive coverage. The CR-Z to be honest wasnt even in my list of cars...nothing of Honda was. I was considering a 2008 BMW 328i and a 2008 Audi A4. Me being young and headstrong, Nobody could talk me out of those two cars. My parents and other members of my family have Hondas and have only ever had Hondas (except for my Dad's 64 Impala). They finally convinced me to buy new since I wont take on anybody else's problems, and I would get a warrenty...I always liked the CRZ since it came out, and now that I have decided to buy new, im going with the CRZ.
