Heyhey! Brit here, based in Chesterfield, currently commuting to Leeds (ouch!)
Looking forward to test driving the CR-Z in the next couple of weeks. I've got my hands on the brochure, just a little disappointed in the grouping of the optional extras: I want the spoiler, but I'm really not keen on the side skirts or the grille. I'd like the kick plates but not that interested in floor mats. Funny thing about the brochure: It says that the Sport is 0.1s slower to 60 than the S, and the GT is 0.1s slower to 60 than the Sport. Is that just a case of someone dragging a cell in Excel and not noticing that it's "intelligently" incremented the values?? |

Hi madkat, Also a South Coast Brit here.
Hi All new to this forum currently running a 06 civic Ex looking to change soon! I think its down to the GT having glass sunroof as standard, that being heavier than the metal one! price you pay for added goodies i guess!! As for the extras I believe a belgian Honda website quoted somewhere on this forum shows the extras available individually priced. |

welcome welcome welcome...
@ madkat - here in the US we can choose what options we want on the car since it's not a "factory option" more of a "dealer option" that allows us to get just the sides or just the spoiler or just the rear etc... is it not the same for you in the UK?

I'll be asking about the optional extras when I go for my test drive
![]() Jeff - why would the Sport be 0.1s slower to 60 than the S? They all have the same weights! I'd love to see a Type R version of this car. I wonder if they'll do a Del Sol with an automatically retracting roof...

I hope this car becomes the spot light for Honda... Let's be real.. I ride (CBR1000) down the freeway and everyone is by themselves. I can hit the HOV lane, but when I'm in my Civic, I have to take all my friends with me. I like my friends, but come on, maybe Las Vegas should become like California, open up HOV for Hybrids.
