    I think they may stop low stuff but they are really there to add to the overall look. with the honda 17" wheels, front lip and rear diffuser the whole package comes together with the side moldings. I am very happy with the look. I am also very happy with the car. It will take you a little while to master the CVT but one you figure it out the car is really fun to drive. Enjoy

    Hi. I'm waiting on my EX CVT. I ordered it Friday, but they need to bring one in from a nearby dealer. I'm thinking about the adding the splash guards, but I am hesitant about the body side moldings. I see you have them on your car. Are they functional, as in will the prevent an adjacently parked car door from dinging the CR-Z side? Appreciate the feedback.
