Hey B-rad and jdmsneakerhead,

I need pictures of the damaged product and how you guys received the boxes. We can run a claim with UPS to get this all worked out. Send all this info to admin@kamispeed.com, that's Billy he handles all return/shipping claims. Keep all the boxes and everything so we have proof. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I am glad I picked mine up at Kami and traded my broke one for Art's. Nah, I was fortunate enough to get one with no flaws.

No cracks in mine thank god, it did have a odd line in the CF in one spot but i put the decal over it and u cant really see it now. I tested the build quality on it and it seemed pretty well done. It is always a shame when shipping damages something
