For a single 8" it would get pretty loud. Just not as low as I wanted. Plus the prefab JL Box doesn't look that great just thrown in the car. Plus the 8w3 is only offered in a SVC 4 ohm which hinders those that only want one subwoofer.

I like my bass tight so i'd try different types of sound. Reversed the polarity before, put in more stuffing... And using Kimber Kables 8TC teflon 4 x 4 woven high grade copper wires. My AUX cables are Kimber's hyper pure silver mini-mini cables

All hi grade copper wiring on the JL. box is stuffed and ported. Polarity is set perfectly as well. It just can't reproduce as low down as I'd like. I'll have the new set up in the car tomorrow morning. And the JL will be going in my friend's FRS until he gets his stealth box.

I went around the track hauling ass through the corners, and heavy on the brakes and it didn't move. It's got no room to move either way so it's not going anywhere lol.

Well it looks good. Question: is there a diff between aiming sub towards or away from cabin?
