I'm having problem with my Honda hybrid 2010. I lock the car using the button on the key, the car will stay locked for 10 seconds and then unlock it self including all doors. If i lock the car using the key in the door lock, then it will stay locked. I dnt know what to do if anybody knows about it plzzz suggest me any way to get rid of this problem

Very weird, maybe something is wrong with the programming. Take it to the dealer? Did you drop it in water?

I've heard of someone unlocking the car and then it relocking after a certain amount of time. That's programmed in the car and can be changed. But I have not heard of it the other way around.

^Yes if i unlock it and don't open any of the doors within like 30 seconds, it re-locks by itself. Pretty handy safety feature, in case I accidentally hit the unlock button.

But the other way around is anti-safety

On some previous cars i've owned, the locking would lock and re open if one of the doors wasn't shut properly. Also seen it on a car where the bonnet sensor was busted, so the car wouldn't remote lock because it thought the bonnet was open. Not sure if it's the same for hondas though (only been a honda owner for three weeks
