I live in a fairly rural area.

After 5 months my neighbors have just now noticed we have a new vehicle.

Next door, 10-year old boy: "Wow, you got a new Lambo!"

Next door on the other side, 75-year old guy: "Sharp car! What is that, a Hudson?"

Across the road, 48-year old woman: "Honda? Did you say it has TWO motors?"

What do others hear from their neighbors?

"Where does it plug in?"

Was driving to Sam's Club the other day and my neighbor is behind me in her car. My cell phone rings and it's her. I am taking a route that is primarily back roads and she asks "Why go this way? I figured with your fancy pants sports car you'd use the the highway."

I just say its a 2015 model

I have known about hybrids ever since the first Insight, just didn't buy one until the CR-Z.

It is surprising to me that so many people know nothing about them.

I don't mind answering their questions at all, just amazed at their lack of understanding.

From a little kid: "Nice car! I want one just like that when I grow up."

"That thing must be fast huh?"

This is what google does to me. When I type in crz searches it always says did you mean crx? or showing results for crv instead.

Hubby: That's a Honda Civic.
Wife: What? No way. That can't be a Civic.
Hubby: I'm telling you it's a Honda Civic!
