"What is that?" and "Is that thing fast?" tend to be the most common, followed closely by "How many mpg do you get in that?"

The "two motors" part always throws them for a loop.

If they know what a "flywheel" is, then I can explain it to them.

Otherwise they think it needs to plug in to my house current.

"how far / fast does it go on battery only?" Ok, that's understandable, but when you tell them it doesn't perate that way, and they ask the same question two minutes later, I just kind of look like them like a deaf dog . .. You're not serious? Oh wait, you are. How dumb did you say you were again?

The older guys are amazed when I tell them it has 2 motors.
Do you have to plug it in?
Can it run on electric only?

I was washing it last summer and a couple of 10 year old boys walk past.
Is that a hybrid?
I'm getting one of those.

By the time he can drive It'll be fuel cells all round.

I see people pointing at it in my rear view mirror and see the people in the front seats talking. No idea what they are saying.

My 92 year old granddad: "Is that a Honda? A hybrid? What kind of gas mileage?"

And this really hot girl thought the car was awesome, but she didn't get why the hood was black

My roommate heard me pulling in after picking it up last night. Sport mode + revving a tad high just cause. lol

"Damn that thing sounds good!"
Me: "Yeah I know, You believe me if I said it was a hybrid"
"BULLF*CKINSH*T!!! Did you know that before you bought it?!"

Lol I'm still laughing at the people that look at it like "wtf is that?!"
