It will be a nice car but Mugen or not if you spend 32k or more on a CRZ then you better keep it forever because the value will drop by 10k the day you drive it off the lot.

There are much better choices for that kind of money. 20-25k is one thing but over 30K

Again, you can't just apply UK price on USA market.

$32,268!? Geez. Still a car this rare only goes up in value with time, not lower.

Soooo... It sounds as though, if it gets to N.America it may cost ~ $4000 more than the standard CRZ EX.

I'd want the kit only as well, so I wouldn't have to trade mine in. I think the HKS kit will still be cheaper, but Mugen releasing a s/c version makes it easier to get by the strict laws in Norway as far as conversion.
