At the least, the entire center console & armrest and door cards are black in addition to the seats ... and with blue trim stitching:

OEM 2012 Black Interior Parts Now Available

No word as to whether or not any of the dash tones will change, particularly the maddening (to me) faux-metal trim below the stereo and on the door pulls. I'm betting that'll likely stay the same.
