After teasing us with the Mugen RZ, Honda has now unveiled the tuned CR-Z and that it will be Japanese-market-only. This kind of makes sense as few Americans would likely pay $50,000 for Honda that only comes in blue, costs $50,000 and has under 160.

The supercharged, hybrid drivetrain puts out a combined 156 hp and 136 lb/feet of torque. In addition to tuning-up the 1.5 liter, 4 cylinder, has added a custom body-kit with an impressive-looking rear-diffuser. Of course the diffuser has room for the new, upgraded, sports-exhaust system.

The 17-inch wheels conceal upgraded brakes at all four corners and stiffened suspension. Out back there is an adjustable wing spoiler. All cars are coloured the same shade of metallic blue and feature a two-tone interior with a boost gauge, two-tone seats and a carbon-fiber shifter.

Sales begin in November and every car will of course have an individual number plate denoting the order the car was made in the limited run of 300 vehicles.
