It's kind of a personal choice.

Here are the specs on the Tein

Tein: Front: 2.2 kg/mm - Rear: 4.0 kg/mm (Progressive but Tein gives one rate??)
Front: 0.8 inch drop - Rear: 0.9 inch drop
High Tech Springs

Eibach: Front: 2.4~2.75 kg/mm - Rear: 1.7~4.0 kg/mm (Progressive)
Front: 1.0 inch drop - Rear: 1.0 inch drop
Eibach Pro-Kit

They look to be fairly simular.

For a good look at most the springs out there, go here. Springs Springs Springs

Mine dropped 1" on the Tein H-Tech even though they advise different.

I have had them on for 1 week and I am very satisfied.

I also have the Tein H-Techs.
The car handles amazing, the drop is perfect (not too low), and I am 110% satisfied with these.

.1 and .2 of an inch isn't that much of a difference. How is the ride quality on the tein?

The ride feels like stock. I thought it would be stiffer. I guess the progressive rate works best for a road car. The handling has really improved. Body roll has improved so much I don't even think about it. The car corners flat. Mine dropped 1" front and rear. I measured before and after. I know Tein states .8 & .9.

I am 110% satisfied.

I run the Eibachs on my car. From what I can tell, the springs aren't too different. They're both reputable companies so quality will be there. The ride comfort hasn't really changed much, but with either one, you'll notice a difference going over speed bumps or hitting potholes or something, but let's be honest, hitting potholes and speedbumps wasn't great to begin with. They're the budget option for both companies, so it comes down to personal preference. Remember, if you get Teins, to get to put some sweet dampa-chi decals on your car.
