Cars like that choose ceramic brakes not so much for the weight saving, but for the heat resistance. On a CRZ i wouldn't even consider something like that, infact i bet they don't even make ceramic brake disks in a size that would fit under your alloys.
Stick with slotted and grooved discs if you need to. Otherwise stick with the OEM stuff, it will do the job just fine, Honda chose it for a reason!
