Default progress rsb

I was wondering if anyone is having this problem. Ever since I installed my rsb Ive been getting a metel noise in the rear. I already had swift springs installed prior. I was thinking maybe the head of the bolt might be hitting one of the coils on the spring, I dont know I have to get it in the air and check it out.

your gonna need shorter head bolts. the fit had this problem too. they designed it for stock springs.

I think I've been hearing it too (installed it yesterday). Will it cause any damage?

One other concern I wish to address:

See that rubber... "grip"... that is over the middle screw? I accidentally ripped that up. The rest of the bushing (rubber?) is perfectly fine, just kinda tore it about halfway. It doesn't seem like it is going to do any harm, but someone with much more know-how could maybe tell me if it's fine or if I need to get it replaced?

(taken from progress rear sway bar install | Honda Fit DIY. Great DIY otherwise)

^ the rubber should be fine. looks OK in the picture.

any other impressions on the sway bar? how does it feel in turns? less steering effort?

That isn't MY picture. Mine is ripped (almost) off.
It feels pretty good, but it isn't noticeable until you change lanes, or spirited driving. Like you said, much less steering effort.

ok, well ultimately thats just a spring isolator (i think thats the term). helps keep noise down by creating a rubber barrier between the two metal surfaces (spring and the bottom spring mount). It also keeps the spring from moving by holding the last coil in place. I dont think youll have a problem with a torn one, but theyre not expensive either way.
