Default Well good bye to the CRZ

Well had the FN2 around 2 months now so I thought it was time to show a few pictures but have decided to show our past and present Honda's we have owned and will be honest we rated all 3 highly.

Cosmic EP3 with AC 2006-2009

CRZ Sport 2011-2011

Milano FN2 GT 2011 onwards

I have done a few small cosmetic mods to the FN2 like LED bulbs all round and 6K HID lamps to match the side lights and LED ? DRL foglights now they have LED lamps then fitted footwell lights (front and rear + working with door and lights) and just the rear tints so young Lewis does not have problems with the sun etc other than that I don't think I will be doing anything more than you see apart from I fancy a Mugen oil cap, I hope you like the collection of Honda's we have owned and to be honest just a shame I don't have any more of the EP3 or CRZ than I have uploaded.

We have had Honda for the past 3 out of 4 cars and had an Auris T180 after the EP3 and will say even though not a bad car it was not great and in the end thanks to the DPF it cost as much to run as a Type R so did question why we got rid of the EP3 for an economical diesel that turned out far from, after that we got the CRZ and must say that they are very very under rated and probably one of the best cars we have ever owned and if it had not been for the arrival of Lewis we would still have this but then again you seem to forget how good a Type R is when you have not had one for a long while and also how hard the ride is even though we are now getting used to that.

The Milano reminds me a little of the VW Corrado.

Nice cars!

Thanks, yes the CTR in Europe is very different to what you get in the states like the CRZ and I guess its unusual but I think we get the better deal were as its normally the other way round.

I guess our next car will be an Honda and hope really the next gen Civic Type R is also follows the hybrid route as what has been speculated and I guess this is also more possible now Honda are working more closely with Mugen UK (you can now buy a new Mugen supercharged CRZ in the UK)

I've already said I'll be replacing my Z when the next gen CTR comes out. Should be sometime next year I'm guessing.

I'd rather have the EP3 over the FN2 though.

Well will be honest I used to prefer the EP3 over the FN2 but the best way to describe the FN2 is that the Type R has grown up / come of age, the Fn2 is loads bigger have has all the toys and the only big let down IMO is the hard ride. What I will say if I could have an EP3 or FN2 brand new now in championship white it would be very close but due to the toys I suspect I would take the FN2.

Will be interesting to see what becomes of the next generation CTR though. I really hope they go the 1.6 turbo route, like they will be running in the WTCC. If they do that I will get one for sure!
