Update: BMW dealer agree to pay me for the oil change at Honda dealer. What a surprise but no go on the missing rubber. oh well. I'll pay it myself.

Thank you all for helping me finding this car. I know you guys posted some car from out of Texas but I'm just not comfortable enough to buy it without touching, seeing and test drive it.

That's actually a decent deal since the car has navi, and you got a solid interest rate. Is it CVT or manual? Congratulations!

It's a CVT. I can't drive manual but I can learn. However after reading some discussion on manual vs CVT. I decided to get CVT because I live in Houston and it is rather a big city and if I can avoid doing gear shift then CVT is totally worth it.

I just got back from a Honda dealership for oil change. The only thing that the dealer recommend is air filter change. I pay for it and the BMW dealer will pay for the oil change.

Overall, it was a rather nice buying experience, he wasn't pushy but I think he doesn't care either because he isn't showing that much of interest in selling this car. Sight...typical BMW dealer, eh?
