here's my wishlist:
second row of seating (USA)
backup camera
push button start
panoramic roof
heated seats

veloster has all these features. honda's making this decision hard by making a car look this awesome and having no features available in it.

2013 CR-Z refresh:

#1 Li ion Battery pack
#2 Heated leather seats (really almost criminal they aren't available already)
#3 Real voice recognition for music player (comparable to Ford's Sync)
#4 Backup Camera
#5 A newer Navigation/telematics system
#6 2+2 U.S. seating (even if the 2nd row is for 'emergency' use only)

Dear Mr. Honda,
First, I love your cars! Oh how I've yearned for something small, fun, efficient two replace my two Integras...I briefly strayed to Mini Cooper, a delightful but brief love affair that ended with a nearly $7K transmission bill just barely out of warranty...My current Ford Focus is rock solid reliable, sensible and fuel efficient, just a little boring. Your CR-Z has gotten me all excited, except for the shortcomings above...

So PLEASE don't wait too long for you to address these, Mr. Honda, or I may just end up driving home with a new Veloster Turbo!

im in the same boat. waiting til summer when the veloster turbo comes out. if there are no details of 2013 crz and whether they'll include a bunch of these features, i'll either end up with a hyundai or the lexus ct 200h.

i dont get why they pack these features in the uk, japan versions of the CR-Z then give us as dumbed down version in the USA. i'd gladly reach up to the 28,000 range to have all this stuff, but instead i probably won't even be in a honda.

Amen. Mr. Honda might also want to add blind spot warning system to the list of adds...
