Went and hit a piece of concrete in a parking lot late one night.
The kind of thing that a sign would stick out of.
There was no sign sticking out of it so I didn't see it as I turned.
Cracked the bumper and scratched it good.

Has anyone had to replace the front bumper?

The MSRP is about $300. I've seen them cheaper on-line.
But what's the labor likely to run on that?

And/or how difficult (impossible) would it be to do it myself?
I know that people who've moded their CRZ have done this, but they probably have the right tools and experience.

I have zero experience when removing bumpers, but I did have a lift when I did it, and the bumper was fairly easy to get off, just takes patience as their are alot of plastic clips gotta keep track of underneath. Im sorry dont know what labor would be like for it though for prices though, but hope this helps with some insight on how simple it is, just tedious.

I've replaced the rear bumper, and I've removed the front bumper as well. Removal/replacement is easy and you can certainly do it yourself.

Painting will be the most expensive part. New replacement OEM bumpers do not come painted (they do have a primer at least). Painting for one bumper can run anywhere from Maaco-cheap (with cheap results) to upwards of $600 or more for a good paint job. Some of the CR-Z colors are 3-stage process as well, which are more expensive than a typical paint job.

If you receive the bumper Pre-Painted then sure it would be fairly easy to install yourself. But my guess is it will NOT arrive Pre-Painted and you'll have to get it painted at a body shop. better to have them do everything at that point. paint job including labour to remove/add bumper would be about 300-500 depending on the shop.

That sucks. I just got a quote on getting some stuff on my car painted and I think if you get the bumper paint and install should be around $200.00
