Anyone else notice this, or is it just a problem in Texas?

I get more road respect in this car than I ever got from a F250 looking down at my little ranger... I thought only girls thought lifted rangers were cool. Then again, I'm in MN, and not too many people get the chance to blow by me in their big trucks because they are too chicken to go 15 mph over the speed limit to do it

Yes, I get that all the time here in MO... Always a-holes in trucks or SUV's.. Same as you said.. they see my hybrid sticker and ride my ass.
The other day (this is a repost, as I alrady btched about it, so Ill keep it short) I came to a light.. Truck pulled behind me.. Stops.. Then proceeds to pull around me to the right onto the shoulder! Light turns green and I stomp the gas and don't let the guy over.. He continues driving on the shoulder trying to get in front of me and flicks me off!! WTF! It's not like Im a slow driver and he had a reason to get around me.. He wasn't even behind me until I was stopped at the stop light.. URG.. he had balls on his truck too.. that just shouts "IM A SUPER HUGE A_HOLE" But yeah.. every time I've had trouble w/ people driving like a crazy person around me has been a truck.. and I never had this problem before I had a hybrid badge on my car. I dont know what these people are so afraid of, but the hybrids drive them into a frenzy!!! |
