Default CRZs are apparently Accident Prone...

Guy ran a red light and plowed right into me... couldn't have prevented it cus it was unexpected....

put my wheel out of alignment and crushed my Fender, Bumper and Headlight. everything else seems ok.

anyways I was working all night and im tired now so i'm going to bed but ask away and i'll answer when i wake up this afternoon.

both parties are fine btw. no injuries.

oh ya and the tow truck scratched up my OEM front lip really bad so i asked the bodyshop to include it in the repairs lol.

Jez, sorry to hear the news, glad no one hurt and hope that baby back to pristine condition soon. Don't forget that whiplash injury and emotional distress quite often manifest themselves later LOL. Good luck with the repairs.

Just out of curiousity what are you doing with the old headlight. I am interested in it. Provided all the inner materials are still working

Wow what is up with all the damage to crz's. Seems a lot of owners having bad luck with accidents. I damaged mine but it was self inflicted.

the turn signal area is busted but the highbeam and headlight areas seem ok.

I have to orde another set of L.E.D. turn signals cus that 1 bulb broke and can't go back to stock bulb

Are you getting a new headlight all together or are you re-using parts from this one. I would be interested in the mounting mechanism for the HID assembly. Guess that depending if you have an EX or not

I read the forum title and the postee...and literally yelled in my head...NOOOO not Luder's Z!!!!! I am so sorry this happened to you, and from the looks in the pic, it really isnt as bad as I'd imagine. From the other accident pictures of other Z's I am pretty satisfied with how well the Z is holding up, still damage is done, but not as bad as other accidents I have seen in similar situations.
