Is it me our does any buddy have the same problem I have. It seems that all the other Honda owners have crz envie and they try to race you at the lights. or they ride behind you so close that you can't see the front of their grills. I also like the fact that other owners non Honda they see hybrid on the ass end of the car and think you are hyper-milling. They are shocked to learn differently when you leave their butts in the dust. Must be they have tailgated a few Prius drivers lol.

never really noticed...although i do get some tailgaters since im a slow poke hypermiler...i wish there was a hypermiling only lane...i wish i had a neon sign on the back that displayed my current mpg...lol

I have left peolple at the light by three car lengths and I have had more than one see me later or up the road and they always express.

Wow !! I had no idea that a hybrid could run that good.

I have a bunch of friends that did not like this car because they are stuck in the gotta have a truck mode but after a short drive in sports mode they are sold.

I don't hiper mile. 35 mpg on average is outstanding for the way I drive this car. I have been up to 47mpg before but I use sport mode and my right foot to much to maintain that.

I debadged the Hybrid emblem from my car. It just looked ungainly. As far as Honda envy from fellow owners. Yes, a couple in a CR-V was behind me at a light and after some pointing and discussion the wife busted out her phone and took a pic flash going off and everything. I put it in sport mode, hit the gas and smiled. I freaking love this car.

Never had that issue in the CR-Z. I get it in the S2K often.

To me, around here - it seems that people are confused what the car is, and don't bother to try and race me.

I feel like when guys feel the need to bring up how slow the car is, I detect some envy.

I feel like that's all they have to say against my car because otherwise, it saves me money, it's a rarity, and it's SICK AS F***!

You know, I have wished that there was a display in the back showing what mode I'm running in, so people around me know whether to expect me to be a d*ck or not.
