OK so we all have hybrids so we drive conservatively right? I can't help the sporty cornering and I have been pulled over twice in the last month. No tickets (thank you CR-Z Gods). Both were for speeding but only 5 and 8 over the posted speed. i have the Black manual and have done only a few little outside appearance mods. Anyone else? Are we targeted because of the "sporty" appearance?

I was pulled over back in June/Julyish for doing 70 in a 45, I was on a 3 hour drive and almost at my destination, it was back when I was in North Carolina. And alot of the roads there are backyard roads where they let you go to 65 on them, I was just creeping into a town and didnt notice that the speed limit sign. I just ended up getting a lawyer and he got the charge lowered from going 70 in 45 to 55 in a 45 and I was happy with that =P

I'm pretty sure my days are numbered, but no tickets yet. I like to zip around too. I try to be conservative to get some good mileage, but it doesn't take long before I say F it and hit sport mode. Then I become a white blur and start shooting through gaps between other cars...

I had no idea this car would cause so much internal conflict. Econ or sport has become a daily issue for me...

4 time since i had the car(1 year now)3 speeding and one passing on a full yellow line to pass some sleeping driver.i have so much fun the car the hell with them...

i'll pay more tickets before i fall asleep on the wheel!!!

81 in a 65 a few days ago. Screw it! It's a fun car and feels safe and sound at 81.

First one in this car this past Wednesday... Two counts, Unsafe Turn and Unsafe Speed... gonna be expensive, so I will have to fight it.

I've only been pulled over once since I got my Z. I got pulled over because of my HID fog lights, but it was just because one was out... and I didn't get a ticket, he just told me to "turn them off till you get it fixed".

I agree, this car doesn't really like to go faster than 70 (the nvh gets really bad around 80) ... makes it tough to speed on the freeway.

I don't really get a chance to speed on local roads since there are always lights and traffic.
