Default So, did the dealership really do anything?

I just got back from having my annual state inspection. While there, they also took care of the IMA software recall. However, when I got in the car, I noticed something unusual about the trip display (the one that shows the current trip, and the previous three trips). The display showed the second and third previous last trips in the very high 30's mpg or into the low 40's (that's what I usually get driving around), and the last previous trip was somewhere around 5 or 10 mpg. But, should this very low reading not have been for the last TWO trips? I figure there had to be one trip registered for getting the car from the parking lot to their garage, and then another low reading trip registered for when they brought the car back to me in the customer service area. Seeing only one low reading, I'm starting to think they may have just driven the car into the garage, not even turned it off, replaced the windshield inspection stickers, and handed the car back to me!

Yes, they performed the "engine stall recall-11-058" and updated the IMA software. I just don't know if that would have cancelled out one of the registered trips.

I've noticed before that if the trip is short enough, it won't show up on the 'last 3 trips' display. I've had to move my car from one spot to another in our parking lot at work and not had the trip show up.

I also recently had the IMA reset done and out started me thinking.

Has anyone ever stalled their CRZ and had it reverse the electric motor?

A few were thinking that is what this member experienced:

Strange CR-Z Experience on way home from Dealer

But they haven't posted since so we don't know.

I don't know if the dealership did anything, but the guy mechanic said that he really liked what I had done to my car.
