I just cleaned my glasses and don't see our car in there at all but I too have seen that Prius commercial and see they've got 4 models now and/or coming (one is the same but is fully electric, so 3 really) One thing I know is this, if sporty hybrids are going to be the new thing, well, we've got GENESIS

Cheaper higher mileage Prius. I don't think it will be sporty but rather a more minimalist car those those who've complained the Prius is to big and sacrifices speed and comfort at the cost of fuel economy. (Yes even at 50 MPG there are folks who say that!)
Spyshot with some artistic lines added. ![]() Note the steelies. This is a bargain Prius, not a CR-Z competitor although I'll bet money shoppers and auto journalists compare the two. |

The production model looks more like the Fit then the CR-Z. But if there is a war of escalation in sport hybrids, everyone will be a winner.

Apologies to the OP, if he intended this thread to be only about the Prius or only hybrids, but I think I see a lot of our car in this new EVOS concept by Ford (and I like what I see, for the most part, although who know what/if/when it will ever make it into production). Still, looks like some cues lifted from the CR-Z design (IMHO)
