Vites is not a term familiar to me.

Ah....Translates to transmission. Sort of thought as much. The CR-Z is available with an automatic transmission of sorts. A CVT transmission that doesn't need to be shifted through the gears. Whether the CVT is offered in Turkey, I can't say.

Maybe one of the CVT owners can tell you for sure, but I think the CVT can be put into full automatic mode so you don't have to use the paddle shifters. Maybe that will be okay for the Turkish laws? (Vites = gears, thank you google translate!)

The CVT is fully automatic. The paddle shudders are "for fun" driving Some members on here never use them, others almost never stop

And some can't figure out how to use them!

Hey, I learned to drive a manual with a clutch on the floor. This using your fingers only doesn't make sense to me!

I remember my uncle complaining at how slowly people drove up the hills in San Francisco, he said it was because most of the cars had automatic transmission. I asked why they didn't just 'kick down' and he said most of them probably weren't aware such a thing existed!

Seems to work well enough for Formula 1. I use the paddles all the time.

I've only ever used the paddleshift in a Ferrari 360. I was actually surprised by how long the shifts took, considering it was supposed to save time over a manual box. Several times I accidentally shifted up or down twice because of the delay. That was quite an early system, though and I gather paddles are more responsive when mated to an automatic transmission.

Out of my 65 years behind the wheel, all have been a stick with the exception of 14 misguided with slushomatics. And the CRZ would have been a stick too but for my Type II and neuropathy in the feet mucking up the coordination down there making changeups and downshifts less than smooth and quick.

The paddles give me control of shift points when I choose that option. Works well in slow traffic instead of constantly alternating brake and gas.

From the most likely oldest old fart of all the old farts, not to be confused with Einfahrt, Freiefahrt, and best of all - Ausfahrt!
