Keep in mind, your first profit's usually your best - it ain't getting any younger sitting in your driveway 'till spring, and unless the price of Nickel jumps through the roof, it isn't gaining value, either!
Meanwhile, you keep making payments on it, and forking out for insurance too. I don't know what the supply situation is right now where you are (or even know where you are). But as mdbrich says, the shortage will begin to ease up eventually (probably soon now). I'd just say to be receptive to a slightly lower offer at this time - it might be better than waiting for a lot more used ones to come onto the market. Good luck with it!

Still no idea where you live, but FWIW, a new EX MT6 (no Nav) lists for $23,500 CDN here. Plus delivery, $100 AC tax, and sales taxes.
Used ones here are advertised at: Used Honda CR Z (plus sales tax only) The closest to your mileage is asking $23,900 (!) But these are all dealerships selling demo's (and I've seen at least one of these advertised since I bought mine in March). Seems the trade-in values people are getting are $17-$18K (mileage, model may vary). If that's "wholesale", then retail in very low $20's seems a reasonable place to start. That said, there are two on ebay for $13.8k (reserve not met) and $11.3k (salvage - accident). I guess you could watch the one and see what it ends up selling for on Sept 21. Hope that helps you a bit, anyway.
