Got pulled over!

Haha. Got pulled over after hitting Sport and going well over 80. The officer had a serious attitude problem though. It's been awhile since I had a ticket lol. Sport mode is dangerous. The funny thing was, when I was pulled there were 3 other cars that had gotten pulled over as well. At least I wasn't alone lol.

I just bought a Escort Passport 9500ix (best radar detector). Hopefully my ticketing days are over (it was pricey) lol...

Yeah, it should be worth the price. I sold my detector a month back. I wish I kept it.

That's what they say. My old one was always giving me false alarms, so I gave it away.

I sold mine, simply because I felt it was safe to speed more. After 5 years and several trips across the US. Michigan to Texas 8 times, Florida to Texas 2 times, and Texas to Montana. I have only been pulled over and given a ticket 1 time. In my Honda Fit coming back from Florida. I was speeding in Katy TEXAS right outside Houston at night in the 70 day 65 night zone.

"um officer, you do know this is a hybrid?" lol I always wanted to say that to an officer but i know it wouldn't fly. it's not about the acceleration but the current speed that counts as speeding so you're f*ked either way.

I got a ticket in my car recently too. I had a 2010 wrx for over a year with 300whp and 340ft/lbs and never had an issue. Local cop using "vascar" got me on my way back home going 53mph in a 45mph....weak.
