I've just called a few dealers around Brisbane and the only info I could get was that due to problems in Japan (i.e. earthquake), an October 2011 release has now been delayed to first quarter 2011 If you've heard otherwise, post here... |

$40,000 Aus.
Sounds like a lot Standard price in ALL of Canada is set at $23,490 CDN, and our version, which only comes in 3 colours (!!!!!), is the equivalent of the U.S.A. "EX" model. Meaning all of our Canadian CRZ come fully equipped, except no sun roof, no nav,no leather seats, no rear seats. For $40,000 you should get all of the above. Mine is Silver 6MT, Love it. Finally... a few more details:
2 models for Australia: - $34,990 Sport with manual - $37,290 Sport with CVT - $40,790 Luxury with CVT PLUS: - Dealer Delivery - Stamp Duty - Rego - Insurance All models - 16-inch alloy wheels, - rain sensing front wipers - climate control - cloth seat trim - six-speaker CD/MP3 stereo with USB iPod and audio device connectivity - Bluetooth telephony - LED daytime running lights - engine immobiliser system - reverse parking sensors - cruise control. Luxury model heated leather front seats DVD-based satellite navigation system with live traffic updates Bluetooth audio streaming European-style panoramic glass roof. Reversing Camera (no parking sensors) (paraphrasing Veloster's whirpool post which is all info from the carpoint article) $40k is a bit rich... but we do get a few things our US friends are missing... worth the difference? Given the strength of our dollar at present, I think Honda is ripping us Aussies off. |
