$22,600 total cost for my 2012 Base 6MT. That includes $1,100 shipping from Seattle to Anchorage. Also spent $600 on installation of a block heater and some 3m protectant film on the front. No sales tax for me. While I bought it in WA, I am not a resident and I took receipt of the vehicle here in AK so I was exempt.

How much I paid for my car last Labor Day (or any other day)is useless to any one now.
Make the best deal you can, then be happy driving the car you wanted.

I am insured by a company that has a car buying service for it's members. Supposedly they have pre-negotiated differnt cars and obtained reasonable selling prices. Today their web site shows me that $600.00 off MSRP is a price a person should be able to buy one for.
