We did that with my MIL recently.

With a couple pillows, she laid down in the hatch area, covered her with a light
blanket, put her walker on top.

By far the worst thing about this car is getting stuck behind a dump truck or school bus and thinking about all the fun you're not having.

Has anyone noticed how much dirt accumilates on the rear of the car? it seems like a day or two after a car wash, the whole back of the car is covered in dust and the sides and front dont seem that bad... must be the aerodynamics of the car

Having the dirt all be on the back = easier/faster to wash.

I'm afraid that whilst a classic Kamm tail shape helps towards a good drag coefficient the downside is that all the crap gets whipped up onto the back.

I discovered months after ownership, that a 'Stor-All' box needs to be almost force-fitted onto the passenger-side floor (even with the seat in the extreeme rearward position). Also, if you have a 6MT, DO NOT opt for the center armrest, I developed 'carpel tunnel arm syndrome' from my right elbow to my upper shoulder which was cured by permanently flipping the expensive armrest into it's out-of-use position. The armrest itself is crude, because it is a simple hollow bin made of hard plastic. I use it to store my gas-filler cap key, where the bin is lined with a hand towel to prevent noise generation from objects moving in the armrest bin. Of course the lockable filler cap was an option for the Honda Insight, which I personally acquired, because Honda Japan believes in a universe with no vandalism; the 2011 Honda CR-Z has no lockable fuel filler door, hopefully they fixed this 'problem' for 2012.

Definitely. One on the back of the headrest like the ones on Porsches' would have been great.

OK. It may seem silly, but I really got use to the VW tap to pass turn signal feature. Just tap the turn signal arm and it blinks 3 times. I also liked the fact that you could put your key in the door lock and roll your windows up or down from outside the vehicle.
Both of those would have been nice.
