Default Did Honda leave this sticker in my car?

I noticed this sticker stuck onto my car around the driver's door latch. It couldn't have been there since I bought her because I've had the car for a year. My detailer didn't put it there. The only people who've had my car in the month of July were Honda Service for a B1... but.... why would they leave it there? Anyone else find this?

I had those everywhere when I purchased the car. None since then though.

Lol it would be strange. No idea what it means though. Try calling the dealer and asking maybe. No telling what it's for.

What a strange place to leave a sticker for a date a year in the future... Maybe your CR-Z it actually a Delorrian, it jumped through time to get to you Lol.

Best guess is Honda service put it there as a way to indicate when the last service was - 7/2012.

Yeah.... probably what it is. But it sure is janky! Should be able to determine the last service when they plug in the VIN instead of leaving this.

I certainly can't de-janktify it, but it "could" indicate more than just last service.

It could mean a Service Bulletin on something in that area was complied with, and the sticker lets the next guy know it's okay.

Sometimes software updates are indicated with a date.

Since the Honda service program of A1, B2, etc is so disjointed, that could mean that a particular filter or fluid was serviced.

Or it could just be a janky B1 service indicator.

^ Didn't think of that. I think you hit the nail on the head. Sounds to me like its more than just service, like its in compliance for a software update or something like that.
