Question What are you doing to keep your groceries from flying all over the place?

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for a solution to keep my groceries put on the ride home. Does anyone have a nice looking solution in place?

I purchased a collapsible trunk storage system on amazon, unfortunately it was a bad experience to say the least....

Thanks in advance...

I got a black collapsible canvas box from "the container store". It has a heavy duty wire frame. Folds flat when not in use and is the size of a file folder box. The lid zips shut and there are handles on the sides. Was $20 when I bought it a year ago. Definately keeps stuff from rolling around in the back.

Someone else also installed some hooks so that you can hang the bags.

Bottom right, tote that says "Dirty", I am ordering one this month (spend $31, get one of those for 1/2 price). I am going to get two in grey with CR-Z embroidered on them. I figure it will hold the stuff and I can carry it all in at once.

Have you tried using the cargo cover?

It can be positioned on the floor (just ahead of the sub if you have one). Then pull out the cover and lock the tabs into the usual hooks. It creates a smaller space that is good for holding up 3-5 grocery bags depending on how much you stuff into them.

If THIS is not what you bought, please provide link. Yours sounds BETTER than this! Thanks!

As Varmint says, the cargo covers quite useful, or just stick it in laundry baskets, we used to have an old Supermarket chain called Safeway that would give you these green boxes, about the size of a laundry basket, just for the job, the chain was bought out a good 10 or 12 years ago but I'm still using them now

I looked, but didn't see it. Here are some pics. I'll see if they might carry it elsewhere.
