His rims are ccw (complete custom wheels) he got them blue when they made them. ccw's aren't just stocked on the shelves you order them and wait there worth the price and wait if you ask me I might try and get a used set if I don't end up ordering the advans I really want

Seems my rims are somewhat known. My rims are indeed powder coated. They are CCW LM20's which are 3 piece rim. The lips are gloss black while the face is blue. They took about 3+ months to be made and assembled ^.^
