I don't know of any online resource that has this information, however every torque specification you could want is in the Helm manual. However there are specifications for each bolt, and there are thousands so if you could be a little bit more specific with which component you are concerned with it would help with getting you the specifications.
Or if you just wanted a complete list for yourself to always have, I'd recommend you purchase a Helm manual for your CR-Z. It should pay for itself (book vs labor) after ~two services/repairs/modifications. As far as the torque specifications being different from the EX and Base, no, except in the case where the Base model is lacking the part that's on the EX (ie foglights, subwoofer etc), then there is no torque setting

I was looking for the torque specs for the shocks, just to have when I change out my suspension, I wanted to have them handy. I don't know how important it is to torque them down exactly to factory specs. That is what I was looking for. Thanks again.
