A rather interesting, and for that matter exciting, quote I found today.
"If this costs as much as 2.7 million yen ($30,000), no one is going to take another look at this car," said Takashi Nagura, an engineer for the CR-Z, while declining to give a price. If this truly is the case, we should see the Honda CRZ sell like hotcakes!!!

This is an Insight sports sedan and should be priced accordingly. Can't imagine ANYONE would pay $37,000 or even $30,000 for this car. Ridiculous. Much more interesting cars available in those price brackets.
If it starts at $21,000 and goes to $25,000 that would work, maybe. |

I think in this marketplace it will have to be cheap..... I would guess $19k is the base price, but once you add in the options that almost every car on the dealer lot will have, most will be priced 24k - 27k
I agree with the engineer though that 30k is too much for a car this small! |
