Front license plate bracket/grille

Hi! First time submitter...

So I am now the second owner of a cr-z. When I bought it, the guy mentioned that he took off the front plate. Well I recently got a ticket and am wondering how I could put that plate back on (live in CA). Problem is, he only gave me the plate. No bracket or special grille attachment. So I have no idea how it was attached in the first place.

I've been endlessly searching for a solution to no avail. Yes, I've seen the mugen style grille and am not a fan. I just like the attachment from the original grille to which I found in dealer pics (I'll attach example).

Does anyone have a solution to where I can buy one?
Anyone wanna sell me theirs? I keep reading that you've all taken your plates off lol

71145-SZT-A01 is the plate frame.

93094-26120 is a self tapping screw (I think this holds the plate on? You need 4).

90104-SR2-003 I believe bolts under the grill slat to actually mount it. You need two.

90305-SM4-000 Is a "NUT, AIR SPOILER CLIP" which I'm not sure of... But it says you need 2.

Total from Majestic (online) would be $25.61 but shipping brings it to $38.70.

Your local dealer should be a similar price. Maybe someone here will let them go.... I would since I don't use mine but my plates are for a front-plate state, and I live in a no-front-plate state. So if I travel, I may need it. I should probably order new bolts if I do though.
